In March this year, real estate sales in Turkey amounted to 87,617 units, up 6.08 percent month on month and falling 10.56 percent year on year, according to the data released by the Turkish Statistical Institute (TUIK).

Meanwhile, in the first quarter of the current year real estate sales in Turkey decreased by 5.87 percent year on year to 257,853 units.
