Operation note:

1. Before starting the machine, inject different lubricating oil into each part that needs to be filled with lubricating oil;

2. First check whether the electrical switches are in the 0 position, and then turn on the power;

3. Check whether the mechanical parts and pneumatic system are normal. If there is any abnormality, check and eliminate it in time to avoid accidents of mechanical equipment;

4. Check whether the gear position of the transmission is correct, otherwise there will be quality problems, whether the pressure gauge of the cutting machine reaches 0.5-0.7mpa, otherwise it cannot be cut;

5. Let the motor run dry for 2-3 minutes every day when starting up, and the gear position of the transmission is aligned with the number 0. When starting up, the operator is not allowed to leave the machine tool and not to be distracted;

6. It is strictly forbidden to wear gloves to turn on the phone, long-sleeved clothes must wear hand sleeves, and long hair must wear a hat.

7. Do not wipe the rotating parts when starting up.

8. Correctly adjust the mold, do not press down vigorously, just in place.

9. During operation, do not leave the machine tool or do other irrelevant things. Pay attention to whether the weld is normal.

10. In the process of pipe making, the cutting tape must be approved by the workshop director, and stored in the tape release area, and coordinated with the sling operator to record in detail on the "production process card", and must not be discarded at will.

11. If various abnormal phenomena are found during operation, such as smoke, burning smell, fuse suddenly blown, indicator light suddenly goes out, turn off the power switch and wait for a clear inspection, and then start operation after troubleshooting.

12. The length of the product should be checked frequently, and it should not exceed 6.01 meters and not less than 6.0 meters. Strictly control between 4mm. The pipe on the unloading rack shall not exceed 95% of the total capacity. Ask the flat-mouth personnel to lift it in time, otherwise the operator will be responsible for the damage.
